Our company has a travel department, why do we need DCI Groups assistance?

Answer: In many cases the travel groups handle the very large events and/or they charge your department for their services. You may be able to save money over what your department would be charged. Also, some companies have the executives (and administrators) handle their own smaller and recurring meetings. DCI Groups can be a great time and cost saver for these types of meetings.

How can your hotel site selection process be FREE ? Nothing is FREE anymore!

Answer: Our commission on the hotel piece is paid directly by the hotel. They consider this an extension of their sales costs, and pay us directly. Through our negotiations we can still get great deals for our clients.

OK this is sounding pretty good, but what about the POINTS (reward programs)?

Answer: The standard points will always go to whomever your company designates as the recipient. Any points negotiated above the standard amount, go to DCI Groups.

I'm in trouble, I have a gazillion things to do at work, and now I have to plan an event, what do I do?

Answer: Correction...you were in trouble, but now DCI Groups will get with you, understand your event needs, and work for you to make this be a great event.

How much time is needed to plan an event?

Answer: It all depends on the size of the event, and the event goals, but if you contact us we can give you an idea of what is involved.

Wow, it sounds like you guys do it all. Are there things you don't do?

Answer: Yes. We don't handle events with less than 10 total room nights, and we don't tell you something because we know it is what you want to hear. We will communicate with you what we feel are the issues, and help with the decision process.

So you are planning our hotel selection for FREE, getting us a great deal, and will help with all of the other items as well...Wouldn't I be crazy not to do this?

Answer: Well we don't like to think of our potential clients as "crazy", but we know we can provide some stress relief by saving you time on the event planning process, and whether you are planning your first event or you have planned many, we feel we can be a valuable asset to your company.
