Hotel site selection
This service is always FREE to our clients with 10 room nights. Send us your hotel requirements.
DCI will create a RFP (Request for Proposal) and gather the hotel bids. We will then provide a report showing the advantages and disadvantages of each venue, and continue negotiations to get the best deal with the final hotels you select.

Registration
Using specialized computer software, we can manage customized online event registration and reporting, start to finish.

Air Transportation
We don't stop at evaluating pricing of the airlines, we provide service! We factor in your budget goals, handle frequent traveler and special requests, process and deliver your tickets, and handle any change requests that may be necessary.

Ground Transportation
We can use our contacts to get you great rates and dependable service for rental cars, shuttles to and from the airport, or transportation to and from your entertainment venues.

We can work with each of your venues to be certain your convention, general session, breakout, hospitality space and setups are appropriate.

Food & Beverage

We can help you select the perfect casino party, band, celebrity impersonator, comedian, theme party, DJ, karaoke, murder mystery, group sports event, go kart race, team building activity, or motivational speaker to make your event memorable and unique.

Speakers
Professional, motivational, sports, topical....we can make sure you get the right speaker for the tone and purpose of your event.

Marketing
If you are having a users group or sales generating function, our marketing group can help to increase your event attendance.
